After a 3 week break of no construction action…
Our kitchen cabinets have arrived! They will have to remain packed up for now.
The plumber has finally come and started putting in pipes.
We discovered some water damage in the dining room.
Hopefully we can pin down the leak.
And in comparison…
…this house was a flat lot when we purchased our house 2 months ago!!!
The first time ever we were able to walk through the back door into the back yard!

Destruction:
Eek. The kitchen built-in has been taken out…
…and placed into our still temporary storage area: the laundry room.
Construction:
The wall where bathtub and shower head will go goes up.

In addition our pain in the ass bathtub has arrived!
Look at that! First it’s gone, now the new floor is there.
