Comments Off on Kitchen Demolition – 09/30/06Our first big demolition day was great. When we were done we felt like we had really accomplished a lot:
Prep work…removing the cabinet doors from the built-in.
Patrick proudly showing off the pile of drop-ceiling.

Removing the wood paneling.
Tackling the plaster.
Arrrrrrrggh.
Half-way through removing the drop-ceiling beams…or so he thought…
Some kind of vent pipe or something.
The cut pipes (done pre-purchase) and rotten wood.
More water damage to the hardwood floors and the plywood to replace it.
End of day one…quite an achievement!
The pile of demolition stuff (pre-dumpster) stored in the laundry room.
